John Muir Award

Stanley Head are very pleased to confirm that they have been successful in their application for Essential Life Skills Funding. This will enable the centre to deliver the excellent environmental-based and curricular-linked John Muir Award to a significant number of Stoke schools, at a heavily subsidised price.

The award is suitable for pupils from Year 4 upwards and can be tailored to suit a range of additional needs and requirements. It will predominantly be delivered as an extra-curricular activity, but could potentially be weaved into upcoming residentials at Stanley Head.
